Since 2013, work has been carried out on different projects in Punta Carretas Shopping.
At the end of 2012, a contract was signed for the construction of a new building for the Disco supermarket, parking lots and the expansion of the shopping center.
In 2015, new works were awarded to Saceem and in December 2017 the company had completed the works on the Palmera parking lot, the Disco supermarket, the Aloft Hotel, the Punta Carretas Tower and the Lojas Renner premises.
During 2018, the final stage of the project began to be executed, which consisted of the expansion of the shopping center in the sector previously occupied by the Disco supermarket, an area of approximately 7,000 m2.
