Project Description:
Infrastructure improvement works on the main connection roads with the bypass in Nueva Palmira and access to the port, which result in benefits for the city. This work represents the final phase of a series of works carried out within the framework of Uruguay's first Highway PPP Route 21-24 that included the Nueva Palmira bypass, also executed by Grinor.
The work involves the execution of more than 15,000 m3 of soil excavation, construction of sewers, 9,500 m3 of recharge of granular bases, stabilization, 31,000 m2 of concrete pavement, shoulders and execution of a retaining wall.
