Solis Grande.
Mixed bridge, with metal structures and a 296 m long concrete deck made up of 2 spans of 16 m and 11 spans of 24 m.
Solis Chico.
Mixed bridge, with metal structures and a 140.8 m long concrete deck made up of 8 spans of 17.6 m. In both bridges, the deck is made with prefabricated segments and the steel for the beams is “corten” type. The foundations are with 4 metal piles per pillar.
Box section with double mixed action (on lower and upper slab).
Examples:
Upper Passage Pan de Azúcar (span 50 meters with structure depth of 1.70 m).
Only bridge in South America accepted for presentation at the State Congress of Technology in Mixed Structures in Madrid 2001.
