I authorize all the information that I freely and voluntarily provide to SACEEM to be incorporated into one or several databases for which SACEEM, with address at Brecha 572, Montevideo - Uruguay, is responsible.
I am informed that the personal data that I provide by this means, and through the attachment, will be processed by SACEEM in order to be taken into account for the purposes of an eventual contracting as a SACEEM supplier.
I am informed that failure to grant this consent implies that the data provided by me cannot be collected and, consequently, SACEEM will not be able to consider me to be hired as a SACEEM supplier.
I declare that the data provided by me is true and I undertake to update it when it is modified. I declare that I have sufficient legal capacity to be able to access the information I provide. I will not provide information that I cannot have.
I am informed that I will be able to exercise the right of access, rectification, updating, inclusion or deletion of data in accordance with Law No. 18,331 on the Protection of Personal Data by telephone communication at 2916 0208, where the steps to follow will be indicated. The processing of data will be considered legitimate until a reliable communication is received informing of the revocation of this consent.
