Saceem is a Uruguayan company of recognized prestige in the areas of Engineering, Construction and Concessions that has operated uninterruptedly in the country and the region since 1951.
It develops its activities mainly in Uruguay in the most diverse areas of Engineering and Construction: Infrastructure, Transportation and Logistics, Industry, Energy, Industry, Hydraulics and Environmental, Architecture and Urban Renewal, and Telecommunications.
Saceem has its own offices in Peru and Paraguay, where it has consolidated itself with the execution of several infrastructure projects. Some of the notable works are both in sports and medical infrastructure, due to its participation in the Lima 2019 Pan American Games and the execution of the Videna Biomedical Center, in addition to the execution of numerous bridges, electrical and sanitation works in Acaray, Valenzuela and Concepción , in Paraguay
Through its Concessions area, Saceem actively participates in the markets for financed projects, having specified its participation in the road sector, educational and railway infrastructure, through the PPP Ruta 21 and 24, PPP Educativas II and the Railway Project Central respectively.
Saceem completes its multidisciplinary experience through its subsidiary Grinor S.A., a leading Uruguayan company in the development of bases and pavements for urban and road projects.
It has an Integrated Management System and is certified in UNIT standards: ISO 9001-Quality Management Systems; UNIT: ISO 45001-Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems; and UNIT: ISO 14001-Environmental Management Systems.
The Saceem Group has successfully executed more than 1,700 contracts, its annual turnover exceeds USD 350 million, it has more than 3,500 collaborators and has a large technical and professional staff of more than 250 people.

CERTIFICATIONS
Within the framework of the development of its Integrated Management System, Saceem established and maintains a “Quality Management System” in accordance with the UNIT-ISO 9001 Standard, certified by UNIT (Uruguayan Institute of Technical Standards).
In accordance with the UNIT-OHSAS 18001 standard, Saceem has the certification of its “Occupational Health and Safety System”, becoming the first Uruguayan company certified in said standard.
Subsequently, Saceem's Environmental Management System is certified according to the UNIT-ISO 14001 standard.
Saceem, reaffirming its commitment to Safety and Health at Work, reviews and adapts its management system, thus becoming one of the first companies in Uruguay certified in the new UNIT-ISO 45001 standard “Safety and Health at Work ”, which replaces UNIT – OHSAS 18001.
The scope of the certifications is the same for all standards and covers all areas of the organization's action.
